90% of the energy comes from oxygen.
10% comes from water and food, and to get the full energy from especially the sugars you need extra oxygen in your small intestine to break the sugars down completely.
So, by adding about 15 drops of Energy Drops into the first few drinks (any liquids) you consume first thing in the morning, you increase the oxygen in your small intestine and as a result you will have extra energy throughout the day.
