Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the courier. We are not liable for shipping delays once the order has been dispatched.
6. Returns and Refunds
In accordance with applicable South African consumer laws (including the Consumer Protection Act and Electronic Communications and Transactions Act), you may return unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt for a refund or store credit.
Defective or damaged items will be replaced or refunded upon confirmation. Return shipping costs for non-defective items remain the responsibility of the customer.
